Montalvo Arts Center was a sweet find just a few miles away from Hakone Gardens. Part artist residence, concert space, and garden, Montalvo is a space for inspiration, reconnecting with nature, and encouragement of art, music, and architecture. I really enjoyed walking around this quiet and lovely oasis.
