new friends

red thread: amsterdam

one of my favorite things about traveling is making new friends. in amsterdam, i was lucky enough to meet up with über-talented stylist and blogger pia bijkerk. i was really excited to meet the person behind all the work i've admired on her blog, which is filled with some truly inspirational stuff. it turns out that in addition to having an impeccable eye for all things beautiful, pia is incredibly funny, down-to-earth, and gracious. i had a total blast hanging out with her and french boy, and i can't wait until they come to the bay area someday.

for this last post on the amsterdam portion of my trip, i'll leave you with some photos of this town i've fallen quite hard for.
